"I have been in the banking industry for over 20 years. The vast majority of my career has been spent in bank consulting with nearly two decades dedicated almost entirely to revenue enhancement initiatives for banks and credit unions across all 50 states and Canada. I have personally worked with over 500 FIs, successfully achieving a marked increase in their profitability. Not only do I help FIs identify areas for additional income, I also help identify areas of leakage sometimes costing six figures of income year over year. It is a full life-cycle project which means I also help guide clients through implementing our initiatives as well as tracking the realized benefit.
